I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had very comfortable beds and an excellent shower, but they were in poor condition with the veneer peeling from every unit in the twin bedrooms. The service from the desk clerk at the reception desk was decent. The location was in a nice quiet area, not far from Holborn underground station and close to some universities if you are studying. The dining experience was unique with the chef going the extra mile. The facilities were average overall.
